At Hayes Realty, we offer all-inclusive property management for a flat fee of 7% of the monthly gross rent. Our property management service covers everything from advertising to tenant screening and placement, inspections, accounting and monthly reports, coordination of maintenance services, rent collection, emergency maintenance support, and more, for a flat rate of 7%. We never charge re-letting fees, advertising fees, placement fees, or any other kind of fee for property management. There are no upfront costs, we do not get paid until there is a qualified tenant in your home paying rent.
Our La Quinta office serves the Desert Cities of Coachella, Indio, La Quinta, Rancho Mirage, Palm Desert, Indian Wells, Cathedral City, and Palm Springs.

Our Management
- Experienced and responsive property managers who live near your home. We are available on the phone at all times. If we are on the other line, or we miss your call because we are with a client or tenant, we will return your call without delay. Owners are given the personal cell phone number of their property manager, and are encouraged to call at any time.
- A property inspection, installation of lockboxes, and move-in/move-out checklists. We will work with you to analyze your home, and the local market conditions, to determine a rental price. We have helped many clients transition from “For Rent by Owner”, even when the home is currently occupied by a tenant.
- Thorough tenant screening and placement, including credit and payment history and criminal background checks. We verify sources of income, identity, and the past three years of rental history. All occupants over the age of 18 are required to apply.
